Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) has had a long association with GlobalEd. It was in 1998 that Miguel Hadzich and his team at the environmental institute GRUPO, suggested that a bespoke programme of Education for Sustainable Development could be developed. Partnering with Peace Child International the result was the only materials and programmes to have been produced in Peru to date that specifically deal with sustainable development as opposed to a glossed version of environmental education.

GlobalEd have recently been working with the Education Faculty in the design of a web based learning platform for post graduates and professionals, you guessed it the subject being sustainable development.
